Milly:
I stood watching the horses run and buck. They were all beautiful, but one had most definately caught my eye. He was georgous. With a creamy mane and tail and silky golden skin he calmly cantered around the Meadow. I kissed at him and he slowed watching me. I smiled and made the noise again. He gave a buck and squeal taking off again. "He's so beautiful!" I said to myself aloud.

Miley:
i rode Dare to Dream over to Lupine Meadow. i loved watching the horses their. i jumped Dream over a fallen log and cantered onward to the meadow. i saw a girl and slowed Dream down. "heyy," i said and waited for answer.

"Hey!" I replied to the girl who'd talked to me. "I'm Milly Micheals. Who are you?" I asked caustiously as I watched her.

"my name is Miley Brawling. its nice to meet you," i said to Milly. her name was almost like mine but it was still different. "do you have a horse? if you dont you could borrow one of mine. i have like 10. Freckles(foal), Champion Heartache(foal), Burst of Stardust(mare), Distant Night(mare), Dare to Dream(stallion), Rampage(stallion), and Tempo(stallion). i am selling one an appalossa stallion. his name is Apache Warrior. he is a sibling(sp?) to Apache Hotspot(giggle)." i said listing the horses names on my fingers. i dismounted and ground tied Dream. he walked off and began to graze. "have you met Katie yet?"

"Apache Warrior sounds nice.I'll borrow him if that's okay? No. Was I supposed to meet Katie?" I asked uncertain. I tilted my head and waited.

"yay!! i have been trying to find someone to ride Warrior since i cant. he will love you and you will love him! come on i will show you him," i said to Milly. i mounted up on Dream and Milly mounted up behind me. i urged Dream into a graceful canter and we headed back to Sterling Stables.

Katie:
after Miley went out to ride Dare to Dream, i realized that she should probably sign a waiver and other paperwork before we forgot about it. since Arin was just moping around, waiting for her new horse to come, i sent her out with a pen and the forms.
Arin:
my brilliant red hair blew around my face like flames. i had a manila envelope full of documents for one of the new members to sign in one hand, and Blackthorne Shilleaugh's leadrope in the other. the poor boy still had a limp from the nasty fall we had taken, the one that had disabled him from competing in the steeplechase against berryhill. he needed to walk on it, though, so i brought him along with me to Lupine meadow.
i saw two, not one, girls chatting near the fence. both were unfamiliar; i was excited that we had multiple new members. "hey!" i said, jogging up behind them. Blackthorne, being the hulking friesan stallion he is, towered over everybody in a gentle-giant sort of way. "one of you must be miley... i'm supposed to give these two you." i brandished the envelope. "i'm Arin Doherty by the way!"

Miley:
"im Miley," i said raising my hand in the air. i took the papers from Arin. "its nice to meet you Arin. this is Milly," i said, "i have a horse for sale and Milly is going to ride him until Katie approves her request to buy on of the horses at Sterling." i pulled out the papers from the envelope. i tucked the papers back into the envelope and mounted up on Dream, "come on Milly, you can ride double with me. lets go back to the stable so you two can see my horse for sale and so i can sign these papers."

"nice to meet you, Milly and Miley. i think i'll call you M&M! and i'll come too, but you'll have to take it slow. Blackthorne here got hurt on the course this morning, and he can't exceed a trot." i gingerly paced back a few steps, and them with a running leap, vaulted onto my horse's tall, broad back. "i would offer you to ride double with me, but his leg's still weak."

"That's fine. I don't think I could get on his back any ways. I'm so short." I said looking down at my Five foot-Six frame. I laughed and got up behind Miley. "To the barn."

Arin:
i checked Blackthorne's widestepping walk to keep up with the shorter horse. surprisingly, there are disadvantages to owning a horse who's considered draught. "We were riding the steeplechase course this morning, to practice up for the big competition. I met my rival from Berryhill, Owen, abd we decided to race each other. all was going well, until a flock of sage grouse jumped up from under one of the hardest jumps on the course, 'Valentine's.' it was muddy on one side, and Blackthorne was so startled that he lost his balance, landed wrong, and skidded most of the way down the hill on the other side. i'm just glad he wasn't hurt worse!"

I smiled at Miley's blush. Poor girl. She liked the enemy. I laughed again and shook my head. "How close are we?" I asked with a smile.
