Name: Timothy (Theo) Arrington

Hair/Eye/Skin color: Dark brown/green/tan
Personality: Theo doesn't like the name Timothy, so he ALWAYS goes by Theo. He board Credentials, his Arabian mare, at Berryhill. He comes from a wealthy family, so he can board at Berryhill and still stay in Milton's good graces, but he doesn't lord it over people and couldn't care less about what he looks like. Theo can sometimes be mischevious, smart-alecky, and wisecracking, but he is essentially very nice. He is an excellent rider, and can handle Credentials with ease.
