Jack: I smiled at her lovingly, nodding. "I wouldn't mind that at all." I replied still rubbing on Jewel to keep my hands busy so I wouldn't hug her again.

Owen: "Go ahead, Justin. Ballerina loves foals." I said, nudging my horse over to the side of the trai to wait up. "Should we go to the track?"
Milton: "Mind if i join you?" I asked, trotting up behind my students. My still-nameless Grulla stallion was nodding his head in time with his footsteps, and was behavng perfectly. "I want to see just how fast he likes to go."

Theo: "I'm totally relieved that you're not making us wear suits of armor, Mr. Berryhill!" I said, refering to Owen's worst nightmare. "They used to have to lift knights up onto their horses with cranes and pulleys, and if they fell off, they were stuck... kind of like a turtle." I stuck my neck out and made a turtle-like face. I was worried about looking like an idiot in front of Mary Anne, and I was sure that it was the same for all my friends, unless they had super confidence.

Mike: I laughed at Theo's turtle impersonation. "You know it would be so bad if we were wearing Armour like they use in movies. The chain mail is made of plastic, practically weightless. A friend of my fathers is a horse-stunt coordinator in Hollywood, he invited us out one day and let us try on a suit of Armour and ride a stunt horse. It was rather stuff though." We continued toward the track, "Shall we have a little race?" I asked.

Theo: "I'd accept, but I don't want Inky to be any more tired than she has to be for the competition. I've been considering trying to put a capriole in our routine, and that will take lots of practice." I hoped that somebody else would race Mike-- it was amazing to see how fast Taz could go.

Justin:
"ok." i said and then headed Quest and Lace towards the track.
Miley:
"ok." i said to Jack and then jumped onto Dream's back. i kicked my boot out of the stirrup and let Jack jump up after me.

Mike: "Boy that would truly be something Theo, has she done a capriole before?" I asked as we continued towards the track.

Justin:
i rode Quest ahead of the other's and down to the track. i opened the gate and dismounted off of Quest. i ground tied him and unhooked Lace's light pink lead rope from the saddle horn. then i unclipped the light pink lead rope to her halter. the filly bounded away and frisky gallop. she pranced around glad to be out of her stall. i rolled the lead rope up and stuffed it into my saddle bag. i mounted back up onto Quest's back and spun him around and waited for the others to come down.

Owen: "We're up for it!" I said, as Ballerina sidestepped over to the first post on the track. "I think I'll ride Dev, or maybe Brumaire-" shidder- "for the ceremony tonight."
Milton: "I'm in!" I said, bouncing lightly in my stirrups. "We've never exceeded a collected gallop before, so this should be interesting." I was a little nervous, but I tried not to let the feeling telegraph down the reins to my horse.

Mike: "We're going to have a little race, care to join us?" I asked Justin as Taz and I entered the track. We began circling at a trot and I rose up and down with Taz's stride.

Milton: "prepare to be thoroughly trounced, boys." I said, smugly. "Even better, perhaps, while my horse blows by all of yours, I'll think of a name for him." I almost bit my tongue- Milton Berryhill, premeir breeder and trainer of thoroughbreds in Nevada, claiming that his scrappy mustang could outrun any of his pedigreed lovelies? well, i supposed that i would find out soon enough if i was right in that assumption.

Justin:
"im always up for a good challenge." i said to the guys. i posted up and down in my western saddle. i looked around the track and saw Lace loping around the track as well. i laughed at the little filly.

Mike: "Taz and I are ready, we usually start from the gates but perhaps we could line up just in front of them for today." I suggested, nodding towards the line of starting gates at one end of the track.

Justin:
"ok." i said to Mike. i worked Quest at a canter and then headed over to the gates. the stallion had started foaming at the bite and he was clanking his teeth. he pranced in place. Lace was now putting her head under the rail and was nibbling at the grass. it wouldnt been to long until i started training her.
